          Raymond Clifford Reynolds was born October 6, 1910, in Golden City, Missouri, the son of Harry L. and Birdie B. (Chestnut) Reynolds.   He married Ruth Josephine Bahr on December 31, 1934.  She was born August 25, 1914, in Adair County to William J. and Edna Minta (Zook) Bahr.   She grew up in the Van Wert area, graduated from Osceola High School and attended normal training classes in Osceola.   She taught school for a year.
            They lived in Woodburn for 58 years, where he was a farmer and operated the Woodburn Locker.    Ruth was a nurses aide at the Clarke County Hospital in Osceola for 15 years.   He was a 50 year member of the Unity Masonic Lodge and the Woodburn Chapter No. 342 of the Order of the Eastern Star in Woodburn.   Ruth was a 50 year member of the Eastern Star.    They were members of the United Methodist Church in Woodburn.  
            Ruth died November 23, 2001, and Raymond died November 25, 2001, in Osceola.    Their funeral was held on November 27.   They are buried in the Woodburn Cemetery.   Their children:  Phyllis Irene [Gardner] and Katherine C. [Rodgers].


Charles R. “Pete” Rodgers was born July 23, 1933, in Woodburn to Earl and Zella Pearl (Walker) Rodgers.   He married Kathryn C. Reynolds, daughter of Raymond and Ruth Reynolds of Woodburn, on September 5, 1953, in Osceola.   He was an Airman First Class in the U.S. Air Force.   Pete farmed south of Woodburn for 38 years and was a school bus driver for Clarke Community Schools in Osceola.    He bought the  Woodburn Furniture Store from his brother, Don in 1972 and owned it until 1988.      
Pete was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 212 and the Order of the Eastern Star No. 342, both in Woodburn.   Kathryn was a member of the Eastern Star for 50 years and worked at the Clarke County ASCS in Osceola for 10 years.   Pete and Kathryn moved to Texas to be near their children in later years, where they were members of the Prosper United Methodist Church in Prosper, Texas.   Pete passed away on January 22, 2008, in McKinney, Texas.    Their children:  Pamela [Keenan], Michael Douglas and Phil.
